There is much debate and speculation about dosages for DMSO oral applications. My hope is to help

It’s important to identify the exact purpose you are expecting to achieve with a DMSO oral application. Weight, age and the issue being addressed all play a factor here.
Use only DMSO that is filtered and has been cleaned for Human medical applications. A good rule of thumb is filtering down to .20 UM. There are many companies out there willing to sell you “Pharma Grade” DMSO that is Commercial or Industrial grade.
3. Using a glass of your favorite cool drink, simply add 2-4 drops of filtered DMSO. Stir the drink and enjoy. Or not enjoy, but just drink it down (The drink needs to be cool or at room temperature to not degrade the DMSO).
With DMSO, less is better. If the original 2-4 drops doesn’t work , then you can increase the frequency of application or the total drops to 6-10 drops etc.
DMSO can act as a stool softener, so small calculated dosses are always better.

What exactly does C.A.T. technology do?

We have developed a system deemed Controlled Absorption Technology . This allows us to hydrate DMSO molecules, effectively, adjusting the depth and absorption properties of DMSO.

By itself, DMSO, absorbs rapidly through the epidermis layers of skin and soft tissue, reaching the bloodstream within seconds. DMSO reduces inflammation in joint and muscle tissue, increasing blood flow, and interacting with pain receptors to ease general pain.

Absorption Rate of DMSO:

Dr. Richard Robyn, from the New York Academy of Sciences, performed a human test for 30 and 90 days to review the effects of large doses of DMSO on humans. What his findings shared, is that the absorption rate of DMSO in humans, with a 2.7 oz application of DMSO 90% gel, takes nearly 2 hours to completely absorb. It is important to note that the application was localized to a small area of the body.

What that means is that if you place 2.7oz DMSO gel @ at 90%, on your body, the absorption rate would be .5 grams per second. Without the gel, the absorption rate is around .87 grams per second.

Unfortunately, that absorption rate, bypasses some of the target area. Possibly passing through the areas of concern, such as the epidermis, nerve centers and muscle and connective tissue.

If you have ever tried DMSO and it didn’t seem to work for you, it could be it was simply absorbing too quickly. Often this is the reason that it takes a repeated application to reach or accomplish the desired effect with DMSO.

Why Hyaluronic Acid is important to Joint Pain Management.

Have you ever heard someone say, “I just need to get the juices flowing” in essence, this is what they are referring to. Movement and flexibility of joints depend a great deal on having enough Hyaluronic Acid available. As we age, the amount of Hyaluronic Acid (HA) a body produces is greatly diminished.

About Hyaluronic Acid:

Here it is Fall and the Holidays are closing fast. Family and friends will soon be gathered together, opening gifts and spending time together. Short History:

Medicines made from willow, birch and other salicylate-rich plants appear in clay tablets from ancient Sumer as well as the Ebers Papyrus from ancient Egypt.

My daughter is quite an athlete. At the tender age of 13, she plays sports as her life depended on it. Unfortunately, she is a mere 90 lb. small frame young lady that plays with the heart of a lion. A few weeks ago, she hyper-extended her knee in a soccer game.

F ree Radicals by definition, is an atom or molecule that has one or more unpaired electrons and are incredibly reactive. Constantly seeking electrons from other sources in tissue, the molecules search diligently to find electrons to pair up with.

Free Radicals are a group of elements that form in normal daily situations. These situations include environmental chemicals and sunlight.

Through the course of normal cellular respiration and metabolisms, free radicals continue to form, causing tissue and cellular damage.

Using DMSO to Eliminate Acne

DMSO as an aid in clearing Acne.

I have been aware of the anti-microbial properties of DMSO for many years now. Several white papers such as this article in science direct, show just how effective DMSO is as a microbial deterrent. Having read many an article about these properties and the uses of DMSO in microbiology, I decided to try DMSO on Acne.

I know, it sounds pretty simple, especially after having read a few white papers from the journal of medicine and the Journal of pharmaceutical sciences.

Use Pharma Grade DMSO:

How better to tell if it works that to run a clinical study on myself. So……I did just that. The purest form of DMSO at 99.995% seems to work best. While being a little too harsh to apply to a larger surface area, I have found that certain areas of my skin react with a “rash” and burn if applied as the 99.995%.

That having been said, I have a tendency to acquire “ingrown hairs” on my neck from shaving. As part of my clinical study, I applied DMSO in the 99.995% solution to a small area that was beginning to show redness. The time was 7:00 pm on a Wed. night. Then I just went about my business that evening.

The next day I assumed my morning routine without thinking twice about my neck. That evening, my wife inquired as to how the test was coming on my neck. Honestly, I had forgotten to even look.

While looking, she inquired, “Where was it again?” I felt around but felt no sign of the bump or soreness. Standing in front of the mirror, I could see a very faint red spot on my neck. Once again, I applied DMSO before bed. That next morning even the redness was gone and I could not find the spot.

Now I know that this wasn’t much of a controlled scientific study, but the stuff really does get rid of Acne. My family, which consists of 3 teenagers, use a mixture of DMSO 65% and Aloe Vera 35% to control and eliminate Acne.

The solution has worked so well, I felt compelled to share my findings with you.

Straight DMSO at 99.995% works best in spot treating small areas. DMSO Gel in a 65% /35% mixture works well in larger areas without the burn associated with the straight solution.

My girls have found that a 50% / 50% solution gel of DMSO and Aloe Gel, works best for their more “sensitive skin”.
